Gary Bennett Performs

“Live” In Colorado

Gary Bennett, “Crooner Impressionist Extraordinaire,” Fremont County’s singing sensation and national recording artist, performs “Live” in Colorado. His friends refer to him as “The Human Jukebox!

As a crooner, Gary ranks among the best crooners the world has ever known…In his own right, in his own Gary Bennett voice. After all, he started singing and impersonating when he was only 9 years old.

The first person he ever impersonated was Vaughn Monroe, commonly called “Mr. Muscle Voice” back in the 1940’s. Monroe is best noted for his “Ghost Riders in the Sky” and “There, I’ve said It Again.”

But, really, and probably the most remarkable thing about Gary is the fact that he impersonates not just six or even ten, but 130 of the mainstream singers! Amazingly enough he can imitate great artists like Elvis, Johnny Cash, Dean Martin, Gordon Lightfoot, James Taylor, Willie Nelson, Muddy Waters and BB King to name just a few!

Now, more than one person has remarked, “He is amazing. How does he do that?” To the reporter, it is quite obvious…Gary combines talent and skill to produce his unique sound!

At his live performance, Gary is accompanied by his wife and partner, Burletta, and together, the couple welcomes requests. In fact, they offer “Request Books” to their audiences. The books contain 700 songs from which to choose.

Gary performs at restaurants, lounges, resorts, dances, weddings, anniversaries, reunions, corporate events, etc.

Check out his website at, to see where he is playing each month. You will find him in Canon City at The Royal Gorge Bridge, Pueblo, Colorado Springs, Denver, Colorado City, La Veta, Gunnison, Saguache, and many more cities in Colorado.
